Our four unique meeting rooms with their own personal style are accommodating gatherings ranging from smaller ten-person meetings to events for up to 60 attendees. All our meeting spaces are equipped with modern conference technology and wireless internet connection. Enjoy meeting caterings in our cosy meeting lounge, and for your meeting lunch, we invite you to restaurant Version.
You are warmly welcome to conclude your successful meeting day with a team dinner, as our restaurant Version and Drinkery bar is open until late evening. For those arriving by car, our meeting guests receive a 20% discount on parking at Aimo Park Kasarmitori.
Meeting packages
Full-Day Meeting Package: 74€ per person for up to 8 hours
Includes morning coffee break with a savory pastry, two-course lunch at restaurant Version and afternoon coffee break with sweet pastry.
Half-Day Meeting Package: 59€ per person for up to 4 hours
Includes coffee break with a choice of savory or sweet pastries and two-course lunch at restaurant Version.
Breakfast Meeting Package: 45€ per person for up to 4 hours
Includes breakfast buffet served in the meeting lounge.
Breakfast includes: coffee, tea, water, fresh juice, smoothie of the day, sourdough bread and croissants, butter, herb spread, cold cuts, cheese, cucumber, tomato, salad, yogurt, house granola, berry compote, fresh fruit, and small sweet treats.
