Version Drinkery's Cocktail Menu is inspired by recreating the classic cocktails around the world. The menu changes by the seasons and live up to sustainable standards from day to day by making use of leftover ingredients from the kitchen. Respect the classic – but always remember to play a little, is the bar team motto.

Our inviting interiors feature inspiring details and a lush garden setting to dine & wine among locals and cosmos staying at the hotel. Our doors are open from early breakfast to dinner till late cocktails at the bar. Saturdays and Sundays are for easy going Slow Breakfast among family and friends from 8:00 all the way until 14:00.
